3:00 Hollywood Starlets on-stage dress rehearsal begins, followed by photos
5:00 That’s Entertainment dancers arrive and stretch: Ballet 1,2,3,4, Tap 1 & 2, Jazz 1,2, Teen/Adult, Musical Theatre, Hip-Hop, Indian Cultural Dance
5:30 That’s Entertainment on-stage dress rehearsal begins, followed by photos

NOTE:

ALL COSTUMES are to be worn at dress rehearsal. Arrive in full costume (hats, tights, gloves, etc.). No eating in costume!
FULL make-up and hairstyles are REQUIRED so we can test out lighting and headpieces being securely fastened.
Once your dance has been rehearsed onstage go straight to the lobby for group photographs.
You do not have to purchase these, but for those who do we would like a group photo.
Optional individual photos will be taken immediately after the group shot.
Once you have rehearsed and been photographed, you are free to leave.

Recital - Sunday June 21st More...

4:00 Call Time for dancers in That’s Entertainment. Ballet 1,2,3,4, Tap 1 & 2, Jazz 1,2, Teen/Adult, Musical Theatre, Hip-Hop, Indian Cultural Dance.
Show at 5:00.

New this year: Tickets will be available for purchase at the dress rehearsal.
Please look for the ticket desk.
Tickets will also be available at the door prior to each performance. The box office will begin ticket sales at 1:00 for Hollywood Starlets and 4:00 for That’s Entertainment.
Tickets are festival seating, not assigned. Doors will open at 1:30 and 4:30.
The ticket price for one show is $15.00 or $20.00 for a Double Feature which includes admittance into both shows. Siblings who are in different shows will be allowed to share a double feature ticket.
Every occupied seat has a ticket accounted for. If your toddler will sit on your lap through the entire show, they do not need a ticket.
We can accept cash or checks.

Each instructor will leave specific directions for each class regarding make-up, hair, tights, and shoes in the pink recital costume book located in the studio lobby.
Please see your page for details or ask the instructor.
Costumes will be handed out in class.
Please read make-up and hair instructions carefully. Ask questions ahead of time if something is unclear.
Attached you will find “How to Apply Stage Make-up” and “How to Make a Bun.”

Cascade Dance Academy is providing professional services as a courtesy. These are options for your convenience and purchasing them is not necessary.
Photos - McKenzie Photography will be taking color photographs of all the students participating in the Cascade Dance Academy Dress Rehearsal. First a group photo will be taken followed by optional individual shots. McKenzie Photography order forms are available in the studio lobbies. Please bring the order form along with a check to the photographer on picture day. Photos will be available for pick-up at the studio starting in August.
DVD - Mackie Shack Productions will be professionally recording our dance recital on June 8th. DVD’s will be available to purchase. Please click here to print an order form and leave it with the front desk prior to the recital to reserve your copy. Additional copies will be available at the studio in August. Pre-purchased DVD’s will be available for pick-up at the studio in August.

You may take home videos and photos at Dress Rehearsal only.
Absolutely NO FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY OR HOME VIDEOS during the performance. Flashes are dangerous for dancers and can cause accidents. Videos are a safety and liability issue for those onstage and in the audience.
